The Microtek Power Three-Phase Air-Cooled Servo Voltage Stabiliser is a precision-engineered voltage regulation system designed to maintain a balanced and stable three-phase output under varying input supply conditions. Incorporating a microprocessor-based control circuit, a servo motor–driven variable transformer (Variac), and a buck-boost transformer, the stabiliser continuously compensates for voltage fluctuations with high accuracy and fast response. 

The air-cooled system delivers high regulation accuracy, low waveform distortion, and efficiency of up to 98%, ensuring optimum performance and protection for critical electrical loads. Comprehensive protection against over-voltage, under-voltage, overload, phase imbalance, phase reversal, single phasing, and short-circuit conditions enhances equipment reliability and operational safety.

Technical Specifications

Voltage Sensing – The microprocessor continuously monitors the voltage of all three phases.

Deviation Detection – Any voltage variation beyond the preset limits is detected instantly.

Servo Motor Actuation – The controller drives the precision servo motor to rotate the variable transformer (Variac).

Voltage Compensation – The buck-boost transformer injects or subtracts voltage as required to achieve the desired output.

Stable Three-Phase Output – A balanced and regulated output voltage is supplied to the connected load, ensuring uninterrupted operation and equipment protection.
